My name is Lucinda Ferguson and I been directing pageants for over 10 years in Australia and the UK, after falling in love with pageantry myself and competing for many years in the UK when I was (a lot!) younger.
​
With a heart for empowering women and a vision to create meaningful change, IJM Australia celebrates kindness, confidence and authentic role models.
​
Driven by a passion for building a platform where women can shine both on and off the stage, I believe in nurturing personal growth, self belief and leadership in every contestant. My mission is to inspire women of all backgrounds to embrace their uniqueness, amplify their voices and step into their power with grace and purpose.

I really can't wait to bring the International Junior Miss system to Australia officially, and I hope to see you on my stage soon!
